Upon final payment and as stipulated in the respective Service Agreement, the Client will own the intellectual property rights to the specific video, ad creative, or production work created for them by Fadnix Films. However, Fadnix Films retains the right to use such work for its own marketing and promotional purposes, such as in its portfolio or case studies, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
