Refund Policy
1.1 Overview
Fadnix Films provides professional video editing and content creation services that are custom, time-intensive, and resource-dependent. Due to the bespoke and digital nature of our deliverables, our refund policy is structured to balance client satisfaction with the operational realities of creative production.
Please read this policy carefully before making any payment. By proceeding with payment, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
1.2 Non-Refundable Deposits
All projects require a non-refundable deposit to initiate work. This deposit covers:
- Initial creative consultation and strategy development
- Team allocation, scheduling, and project onboarding
- Preliminary review of submitted raw materials or briefs
The deposit amount will be clearly stated in your project proposal or invoice prior to commencement.
1.3 Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel your project in writing before any production work has commenced (typically within 24 hours of placing your order), you are entitled to a refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation After Work Has Begun
Once production has started, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. The following applies:
- 0–25% completion: Refund of 50% of the remaining balance (after deposit)
- 26–50% completion: Refund of 25% of the remaining balance (after deposit)
- 51–100% completion: No refund issued
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@fadnixfilms.com and will be acknowledged within 2 business days.
1.4 Eligibility for Refund
Digital and Design Services
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Fadnix Films fails to deliver the agreed project within the confirmed timeline (without cause from the client side, such as delayed asset submission or missed approvals)
- Fadnix Films is unable to fulfill the contracted service due to internal reasons
- A material error or omission on our part that significantly deviates from the agreed creative brief, and which cannot be remedied through the revision process
1.5 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after production has commenced
- Dissatisfaction with the creative direction that falls within the agreed scope and brief
- Delays caused by the client’s failure to submit assets, provide feedback, or approve deliverables on time
- Rush orders or expedited delivery fees
- Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client
- Disputes raised after 14 days from the final delivery date
1.6 Refund Processing
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@fadnixfilms.com with your refund request, including details about the service, the reason for the request, and any relevant documentation.
- Review: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- Resolution: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. Fadnix Films is not responsible for processing delays imposed by your financial institution.
1.7 Disputes
If you believe a refund is warranted and your request has been denied, you may escalate the matter by emailing info@fadnixfilms.com with full details of your concern. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and professionally.
